We just got our first Hot Tub and we were so happy and satisfied with the customer service that we got from Club Piscine Nepean personnel. Specifically, Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was very welcoming to all of our questions (and we had a LOT of questions!). Thanks a lot!

We have had a couple of pool emergencies recently (our pool is older).Even though Aqua-Clear is really busy at this time of year, Blair and his guys managed to work us in to their jam-packed schedule.Everybody at Aqua-Clear is so personable and knowledgeable. Great job!!!

We Shopped Kingston big box stores looking for a good quality patio umbrella and were disappointed with low quality and poor knowledge! GO see Mike at St. Lawrence Pools.. They have Top level equipment at fair pricing, and Mike is Knowledgeable, Patient, very down to earth and will make you feel comfortable!! The service was fast and thorough!! 5 Deserving Stars!!! The service and advice provided are fantastic!! Their focus is hot tubs which allows them to be fully knowledgeable regarding their product. They are extremely pleasant to deal with. Koodos to Kathy and Brad - I would highly recommend this company.

I bought my hot tub at Ottawa's best kept secret - Sani-Sol in Stittsville. Not only are the Marquis hot tubs top notch but the service was amazing, so personable and friendly. This is the way all stores should be. Kudos to the staff!
