We booked a room at the hotel without knowing much about it. We were pleasantly surprised by a number of things. The hotel was in a good location in the downtown Toronto area. The hotel had a very fresh feel. The room was quite clean and comfortable. I would recommend it and choose to stay there again.

My husband and I took my parents there for my mother birthday. We had a wonderful dinner and we dance all night . The food and service was good and I would recomend it highly, espically on Saturday nights when they have live music.

The food and environment was amazing. We were catered to even with our noisy children that made it quite difficult all was taken great strides!

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store.
