I contacted the Stoney Creek store, electronically with a question. Joseph responded very quickly
He answered all my questions and then suggested that since my location would result in expensive delivery charges that I shop locally but be sure to ask for the energy rebate.
I did purchase locally and thanks to Josephs suggestion, saved over $200 due to the rebate.

First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.

I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. They are an excellent company. My old fridge broke. They pretty much knew the issue right from what I described over the phone. They came ready with the part and repaired it quickly. They charged a fair price for the work. I recommended them to my sister when her dryer broke. They are fair people.

My fridge stopped cooling/freezing, I called Fast Eddie Appliances, it was close to closing time on a Friday afternoon, yet they went out of their way to send someone over within minutes. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and he had the part to fix it on the spot. Their rates were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast appliance service.

Robert & Ryan are excellent to deal with, they recently helped me replace my ancient washer & dryer where the removal and installation was difficult due to narrow space.
Unlike big box stores, they sell you the product, they install it, they service it, and they haul your old equipment away without leaving a spec of dirt in your house.
As far as price is concerned they easily beat the big box options, and don't sell you X brand because it offers a better commission than Y brand.

I was very impressed by the last service call. I have been using Omer Refrigeration & Heating for several years and was always satisfied. The last service call was about the furnace that needed to be replaced on a Saturday afternoon. Omer was outstanding at negotiating to get a furnace with the supplier that was closing in two minutes. Omer got the furnace, they worked until 900 p.m. to complete the installation. That is customer service! at it's best!
