The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

This location of Discount Car & Truck Rental was fabulous. The vehicle was ready on time, Sean took his time going over the vehicle with me before handing over the keys. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony. Service was top-notch, Id recommend this location. Maybe there has been a staff turnover since the 1-star reviews that were posted. I had no issues with truck drop off / damage & I did drop off the cargo van after hours.

Been dealing with Peterbilt Mississauga for years and just recently got an inframe on my 2005 379 Pete. Running as good as new when I bought the tractor in 05. Gave me a price on the rebuild that’ll leave me feelin good for a long time. They will treat you well. They have the expertise and good management package. I give them 5 stars of rating. The one fault they have is limited parking space for trailers. But I will tell them how to navigate through that so they can pass that along. Bryan A.

Just completed a rental after an accident with the Enterprise in Meadowvale and I must say that the service I was provided was amazing. Gabe treated with nothing but kindness, patience and respect. Not only will I be coming back for future rentals but I will most definitely refer friends and clients to this location. Kudos to Enterprise for hiring such an amazing individual and thanks to Gabe for making a horrible situation a positive one.

The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions.
When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments.
By far one of the best locations in the city. The work with you.

Once again I have need of a truck rental. Last year I approached Cheryl McRoberts at the 170 Barton St E office and she went over and above my expectations! I was totally blown away at the timely, efficient and exceptional honesty she handled my truck rental start to finish. She completely took all of my worries away and I was able to concentrate on my business. These guys are all amazing!!!! My car broke down in the east end during my anniversary of all days. I called CAA and got it towed. Enterprise picked me up at my house in Etobicoke they were about to close and stayed open later just to help us out in our dire time of need. We got a rental, They gave us an amazing deal as always and we made it back downtown just in time for our dinner reservation :-)
