Great service for our event. We weren't sure exactly what we needed but were pleasantly surprised by the service we received from Devlyn. Everything was explained and put our mind at ease.
When the trailer was delivered the driver Kevin ensured that all our needs were met, and he took his time to explain everything we had questions on.
I cannot put enough stars for how highly I recommend Sunrise and will use them again in the future at any time!

My family and I got into a car accident while moving to B.C. from Ontario. When arriving to Surrey, we were desperately looking for a long-term car rental. Aseem from Avis in Newton was more than accommodating and selflessly helpful making the entire process so much easier and stress free for us. He not only took a huge weight off of our shoulders but also extended a warm welcome and a helping hand when we needed it most. So thankful to have come across him, he was such a pleasure to deal with!

I got a quote from Dysco over the net. When I got there my one ton truck was ready to roll. I asked them if I could use my road star insurance from ICBC for the rental truck and they said yes. paper work was fast and topped up with helpful and friendly staff. I will use Dysco truck rental again when I need one.

I work in the hotel industry and I recently got some time off to go with my GF on a road trip to Vancouver island. I compared rental rates around the city and found Pacific Car Rentals able to match Budget car prices. They have a good selection of import cars that are fuel efficient which is something me and my gf is looking for since gas costs lots of money these days and we rented a small but great Honda Fit to drive around the Island for three days. We found nothing to complain, the car is excellent, service is good. We were worried about the insurance due to the one negative review but we bought the rental car premium LDW package that covers everything and had a $500 deductible instead so we felt safer and peace of mind. Overall, our experience from this rental car company is pretty good.
