My refrigerator suddenly stopped operating, and I called Toronto Appliances Service asking for a repair consultation. Not only was my request last minute, it was also during the Easter long weekend and in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have been dealing with Faulkner's for over 40 years and just recently purchased a new fridge and hood fan. Service was excellent as always and price competitive. We had a small problem upon delivery that was dealt with in minutes - so much better to deal with an independent retailer who can make things happen quickly.

We’ve purchased a refrigerator and a front-loader washer/dryer set from Barcelona. The price we paid is about 1/2 of new. They came with a 1 year warranty. Great selection in the showroom and very helpful sales reps. They deleivered on-time and removed our old units.
Our refrigerator had an issue with the compressor. We called at 6pm on a Friday and spoke with Yuri — by 8:30 the same evening, it was repaired!! Fantastic service. We are replacing our stove with them next.

My daughter bought a fridge and it is over 5 years old and still working well.
I could not find this place and walked into King Appliances. Big mistake. First one all my meat went bad. Second fridge has a water bubbling noise and smells like rotten. I would not call them again if this stops working. I will make sure to find Queen Appliances

It took the oven 5 weeks to the day to arrive. But, that was due to border crossings and a colour choice.
The people there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. We will use them again for the next appliance.

Hello- I just wrote a lengthy and favourable review re my purchase of four appliances from your Vaughan location. Power break caused memo to disappear. I have no time to repeat. Basically-particular thanks to two delivery men (one was called Chris)who had to remove doors and back water line attachment of two door fridge to gain entry to my condo unit. Unfortunately, our Unitized washer/dryer died last week. I shopped at all the big box retailers and found their delivery charges to be ridiculous and their prices to all be the same. There was also a wait of up to 6 weeks for the order to be delivered!
