I had the best experience at Pro Auto Recyclers in Surrey. I came in to find a part for my vehicle, and someone named Jan helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Prompt, professional tree removal… everything done from the air with scissor arm and cherry picker truck...sawyer and groundcrew very safety conscious... Face screens, hardhats, ear protectors... had a large, scary 60-foot tree and they removed it beautifully. Branches chipped... blocks cut to manageable sizes, stacked neatly if requested, or they will haul them away if you prefer. Yard and alleyway raked, debris all removed. Very good tree removal service. Do yourself a favor, call Nick’s!

It was fixed in about 10 minutes and then I wasn't even charged for it. The staff was very pleasant and the repair was done in no time.

After calling five tow truck companies during rush hour unitow was the number one truck that came and responded to me after my suv broke down on the side of the east-west connector between Richmond New west. They told me they would be there with one 15 mins and held true to their word. Ed the tow truck driver was courteous prompt and offered me a newspaper to read in his truck and made sure that I was warm while he took diligent care loading up my SUV and every step along the way he made sure that I was safe from the rush-hour fast moving tricks as well as telling me his trip plan throughout the way to my mechanic shop. Remember folks, tip your driver! They work very hard for their pay.

He kept me from going on disability! I have severe arthritis in my left ankle. I need an injection every 6 months to keep it pain free. Thanks to covid-19 RCH is backed up 1 year on CT guided subtalar injections. Dr. Schumacher did it quickly and painlessly.
