I highly recommend Sharlene. She is a fabulous electrologist with many years of experience. She is incredibly kind with a calm disposition. After having a bad experience with another electrologist I was hesitant to continue with electrolysis, but Sharlene took a no-pressure approach and was very willing to answer any questions I had and alleviate a lot of my anxiety. Kam was very professional. He always arrived on time and did an excellent job. He added some flooring that I had salvaged even though it was slightly wider than the existing flooring. He was very creative in finding solutions for dealing with a 50 year old floor. The final product was stunning and I'm delighted. In addition to the flooring, Kam used door casings he salvaged to create a wall decoration in my dining room that I love. I can't say enough about Kam - everyone should use him! Lire plus

I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby. The Heights Laser Centre is in North Burnaby and had bonus Free Parking. I live in New West and it only took about 15 minutes. I felt comfortable as soon as I came into the facility and the staff was very friendly. I had a consultation with Dr. Jaffer and decided to get an eMatrix treatment to help with my aging skin. My dark spots lessened, my skin was firmer and I looked great. I also had Botox for my crow's feet and my forehead wrinkles. My husband did not think I needed treatment, but after he saw the results, he thought I looked terrific. I will continue to go the Heights Laser Centre for all my facial concerns.
