I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. I always trust that I will be charge fairly and he looks for a similar and less expensive car replacement, when possible.

Louie did a great job on replacing all the glass on my 1981 Z28. He went above and beyond by replacing my window motors as well. He even installed my louvers on the rear glass. Highly recommend him for any glass work.

It was 10 minutes closed on a cold Friday night and my rear view mirror fell off.Banged on the door and Jack the Manager came to it and told me he was closed, and told me he was going home to family understood.He saw my problem and decided to help me. What a great attitude.Fixed the problem and I asked him how much he said forget about it. I was amazed what great service and time this man gave. I highly recommend this business just because of people that run their business like this.

Driving home from the cottage my wife noticed a stone chip in the windshield of my new truck. We remembered hearing the big crack! on the way up. I called Coventry and was delighted to learn he would drive to me. Upon inspection he asked what the problem was and I showed him the stone chip. He said "do you mean this tree sap" - I was shocked and embarrassed. Kevin did not want any payment whatsoever. Who does this in today's world? Total trust & integrity. Please support him!
