My husband and i had the pleasure of dining in Thai One On. We were served by a wonderful young lady by Archana. She was so pleasant and very helpful regarding the menu. The food was outstanding. Portions were enough to take some home for another meal. I would highly recommend dining at Thai One On. Unfortunately have no photo's of our meals. After a long drive from Hamilton I was ready to eat anything, and this was in sight from where I had to go. As soon as my business was done I headed in, not realising that it was already 9:15 and they close at 9:30 on a Monday. After I had filled my first plate the hostess informed me of the closing time, but she said that I was welcome to fill up as many plates as I liked and eat at my leisure while they packed up. So I did, and washed them down with a Tsing Tao. I found the food to be the equal of other buffets I have visited, just wish I could have had more time, but that wasn't their fault. Lire plus

Noodle Delight is a great place for a quick, tasty and inexpensive lunch. You place your order and a chef starts cooking right away. Nothing fancy but very tasty. Over the years I've tried most of the dishes and they have all become favourites although the tomato, egg plant and broccoli on rice is my most favourite. It just beats out the noodle delight, which is bean sprouts and beef in a sauce served on top of crsipy noodles. My boyfriend and I often go here because it's the only Dim Sum we know that uses carts in Mississauga. We particularly like it as they seem to have a much wider selection (e.g. crab claws, suckling pig) than normal restaurants which serve Dim sum. In terms of quality, I don't think they are best. I have had much better quality of food at other restaurants. Also, even though the selection is vast... What happened to the shui mai? How do you have crab claws and not shui mai?!?! (Edit: Found out you need to order the shui mai... I did and it was not good at all) I noticed the cart ladies seem to be a bit more strange than at other restaurants... Some will FLY past you, others will scream food names right at you. It is kind of fun for me and my boyfriend to laugh about. (I should note we are both Chinese and both have gone to various restaurants for Dim Sum, and we notice the cart ladies here are particularly strange) What I found particularly interesting is how many non-Chinese people eat here. I think it's the only Dim sum place I have seen to have such a variety of people here. I should note that this place gets amazingly busy around noon. My boyfriend and I tend to go around 10:30 or 11 and usually find a seat quickly. If you come at 12 (especially looking for a larger table) you are doomed! haha So to sum it up: -Amazing and sometimes unique selection... except that the shui mai has disappeared! -Decent food quality but not the best. E.g. The shrimp in the ha gow tastes fishy, the dough fritter in the chun fun is soggy sometimes, the spare ribs in the black bean spare ribs w/rice are so boney ahhh! -Strange cart ladies lol. Sometimes rude, sometimes friendly -Get there before 12 if you don't like waiting! It's actually more normal to eat Dim sum earlier in the day anyway :). Also, it seems one reviewer on here stated that the adults and kids are noisy. This is normal for a Chinese restaurant, especially as one as big as Emerald. Lire plus

We usually get egg rolls, chicken balls, crispy beef (spicy), and beef with broccoli. Around 55 bucks and we feed two adults and 3 children with it and still have some great leftovers.
