I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend. This garage is wonderful!!! They provide small town service, where they take time to know your name, and provide extra service and supports!!! Recently another car scratched the back of my bumper in a parking lot, and Jordan Gray buffed it out and did not charge me for it!! Their kindness, turned a bad morning, into a wonderful day!!! So grateful to everybody at the garage, and I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!
