Excellent service, great attitude and very honest. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone and will be doing so. I have always had great service at all of the Kal Tire locations I have been too. This is my first visit to this location and was a great experience. Thanks for the great work.

I was in a bind, and they were all booked up for the day, but they took me in anyway ! They replaced two bad tires, and even gave me a deal on the new ones !! I cannot say enough about this shop !! Five stars ***** and two thumbs up, the best in Kelowna !!!

I had a favourite shop that I use to go to over the years, they do amazing work, but their labor cost is outrageous. I bought my car here to NBS Auto and let me tell you. I will never go anywhere else. These guys are amazing. They fix your car proper, with proper parts and they do it fast and exceedingly affordable. I will encourage anyone to try them and see if what I am saying is not true. Simply amazing.
