The staff there are very caring and loving towards my pets. They were also kind and thoughtful towards me. They took the time to fit my pet in even though they were very busy. The vet even cared enough that she phoned me the next day to see how my pet was doing. Fantastic veterinary clinic.

The contact came to estimate the cost and time on Saturday and the work was completed by Tuesday. The team did excellent work, took great care with all safety aspects and were extremely considerate of surrounding properties. Let me tell you a story. I have been a loyal follower of Julie at Charisma for many years. Always getting a great cut and color as well as the perfect product for my not so perfect naturally curly hair!! As everyone knows the economy sucks right now. The joblessness has hit my home too. Trying to save $$ I've only gotten cuts on my last 2 appointments. Yesterday I went in for a cut and Julie said " Jodi what can I do for you? You need a color, I can't let you leave without a color. " So I offered to trade a service...maybe I can do a deep clean here for you guys. NOPE! !! I got my hair cut and colored. I paid the usual for my cut and Julie gave me the color job. This is OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I cannot Thank Julie or Charisma enough!!!! My hair looks amazing!! So I'm buying a few things to make dinner for the fam, my sister "whom I'm staying with" gave me the coop # and I forgot. My cashier "amazing customer service! Cheerfully looked it up for me. The other lady at the comp she was using to look up the # rudely said he can't use someone else's # when I explained I was staying in this household she would not even awknowlage I spoke not even a look. I worked CS back in PEI Managing 67 people. This was rude and uncalled for. If this is policy change it!
