A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.

Metro at shoppers world mall is the best grocery store not only among other metro stores but with other stores as well.It is well organized from produce to meat to flowers section. Every isle sections are very clean, up to date label and and prices and commodities are well balanced. date with the label and most of all staff are professional and friendly.must be coordinating the best store ever. Absolutely excellent. I am a senior living in Fort Erie, unable to grocery shop. Joes Value Mart offers an amazingly convenient method of shopping & delivery. Pleasant & helpful. No idea how I managed before discovering them. Try them. You WILL be thrilled.

No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. The floor was well staffed with friendly and helpful staff and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. I live in Whitby but will definitely shop at this location again.

This is a very well run store. It is always clean and has sufficient cashiers, Re-stocking of the shelves is done on the night shift so you don't have pallets blocking the aisles like some other stores. I registered a complaint online about a product that was not carried and Scott called me and had the product brought in. Excellent customer service. I would always use this No-Frills store even if I was closer to another. I feel my business is appreciated.
