All I can say is simply amazing. Dorothy's Appliance is a family owned business, and it shows. Their service is simply amazing. I suspect there isn't a small appliance on the planet that they couldn't fix.

Loi was amazing! He was in and out within 30 minutes and had all supplies and replacement parts on hand. Very affordable and efficient service; our washer is back to normal! Highly recommended.

absolutely fantastic service. Had a washing machine that would not do the rinse cycle, or drain.
Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour.
He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order.
Price was very fair and I truly appreciate the ability to come out so quickly.

The first time I used Jay Will Appliances, it was for a dishwasher repair. He said that he could fix the problem but it would probably be cheaper to replace the dishwasher itself. I truly appreciated his honesty. I recently called him again for a fridge repair. He put time and effort into researching and providing information for a possible fix. The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. The BEST service, period! I called in the late morning and described to Lori-Ann an issue with our washing machine. After determining a possible cause and whether or not they had the part in stock, she arranged for Daryl to contact me. He arrived later that same day (we live an hour outside of Lloydminster) and repaired the washer without having to use the new part. He was quick and yet very thorough, clearly explaining what he had done. I strongly recommend D&L. Super service = satisfaction! ?
