Yesterday, four of my friends and I celebrated my birthday at lunch time. All 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals plus our waitress, who gave us excellent service, added to our enjoyment. She also brought me a tasty dessert with a lit candle in it. My friends all said they would be back.

One thing that most reviews on here have not mentioned about Port Perry Thai is that they have a great lunch menu!
There's something like 10 different choices, each with hot & sour soup and spring roll, for $7.95!
When I worked in Port Perry I used to go here at least once a week, the food is absolutely awesome.
The one complaint I would have is that they play classical music, which in itself isn't so bad, but they keep the volume at the lowest possible level!
Weird.

This was a 1st time for us just moving into the area and we were not disappointed at all! Waited about 40 minutes as restaurant was extremely busy but.. food was HOT! Tasted amazing, portions were huge, not overly greasy. Best Chinese food we have had in along time. I would highly recommend them!

My husband and I used Pickles & Olives Bistro for our wedding catering this past August. What a treat we had in Port Perry after a couple of hours out on the water. The main dining room was full so we were shown a table in a private room which we had all to ourselves. Both the service and the food was excellent. The owner, Christie, was friendly and down to earth making us feel very welcome. A couple of us had food restrictions which were easily accommodated. The homemade ice cream was a exceptional way to end a delicious lunch. I’ll definitely go back!

I can't say enough good things about Fishbone Bistro. Warm ambiance, comfortable seating, and the service made us feel like we were the only table in the room (although the restaurant was fairly full).
We had a flaming sausage to start - delicious.
The specials were incredible. I ordered a dish that I can't remember the name of, but it was similar to a light seafood stew in an herb broth. Delicious, perfectly cooked food and the flavour was out of this world. Highly recommended!
My husband had the whole sea bass. The owner, Pedro, deboned the fish at the table and explained some things about Portuguese cuisine. My son had the steak, and the presentation was like nothing I had seen before! I've been telling everyone I know to check this place out.
We didn't have time to try dessert (an excuse to go back)!
Hearty portions, excellent wine, beautiful decor.... you have to try it!
