Went to CRD dump and was told I would be charged double for an uncovered load. It was all bagged, tied closed and tightly packed in the back of my truck. Yes, I didn't have a flimsy tarp flapping in the wind on my load. Ridiculous. Went straight to DL's no issues, now I always go to DL's! Be prepared for a busy yard on weekends and tight quarters if you have to turn a trailer,

Atlas came to take away our old couches before some new ones arrived. The booking process was easy and the staff was great from start to finish. I booked a 2-hour window and received a confirmation call about 15 minutes before the team arrived. The guys who came were courteous, removed their shoes, and knew their stuff! They were able to quickly disassemble the couch and remove the pieces. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

(I tried to highlight the 5th star, but did something wrong maybe.) Today I came to your well-run facility and from the girl at the entrance gate, to staff working the grounds-everyone was so courteous and helpful. It is great to see recycling handed so perfectly!
