The manager of the Christmas tree department, showed great compassion today when the warranty department refused to do anything for me. She allowed me to exchange a faulty tree used for one Christmas only and did not work when I put it up this year. She made a believer of me in good service and I will remain a loyal customer of Rona. We had a great experience with CRS! Finishing our basement was something weve wanted to do since we purchased the house and we found CRS working on another house in our neighborhood. The crew and staff were great, they answered our questions, made suggestions for materials and even improved the plans we initially had to close in the furnace area.
