My whole experience from phone call to the end result eas fabulous! Woman taking my order was friendly and so very helpful! I was not quite prepared for the absolute beautiful flower arrangement that was delivered! It was breathtaking! My Daughter was thrill as was all the people in her office.There is a Bird of Paradise in the arrangement that looked exactly like my Daughters tattoo!!! Her favorite flower! I wanted to send a basket to my Dad for his birthday and am SO happy I came across Kelowna Baskets! I was highly impressed with the customer service I received. The owner was extremely helpful & courteous, and assisted me in customizing my basket to make it perfect for the occasion. She delivered the basket personally to my Dads home. He was delighted with the presentation, contents, and service. I highly recommend this business & look forward to ordering from them again in future. 5 + stars! Lire plus
