The one star review by Winston is from a vindictive person. He and his wife have been trash talking the Dog Pad. I've had three dogs boarding and at the daycare for over ten years and never had a problem. The problem it seems is some high maintenance owners and Jen and Brett have the choice to kick out problem owners. My dogs have always been happy to go to the Dog Pad and I always recommend people to them when someone is looking for boarding or daycare.

This owner and her team care and do more than what is required
I have been a customer since 1998 the first owner “Alley” was wonderful (rip) and Heidis team are wonderful ..,.my cat salem purrs when he leaves and of course the canine team can’t wait to get out of my vehicle when I arrive at their shop

I was surprised to read of the unfortunate occurence described by the other reviewer. I have been bringing my standard poodle to Timmies (both locations) for 4 years and I have been extremely impresssed by the quality of care and grooming. My dog has never been rushed. She is always happy and relaxed when I pick her up. The cuts have been spectacular. Everyone at Timmies has a deep love of dogs and my dog pulls to go in when we walk by.
I am taking my spoo back in.

Loved the service at Nancys Dog Salon - my dog Coco came home happy, beautiful and sporting a pretty bow. I also left Coco with Nancy for a couple of weeks while I was on vacation - and when I returned - Coco wanted to stay.
I will certainly take my business back to Nancy.

Well, Jimmy has been getting his lioncut for about 4 years and I know he was tough to handle the first time ( three staff had to hold him still ) but Jimmy got used to it. I mean, the look is fabulous and I just love the stocking seam down the back of his legs ! I would drive two hours to get Jimmy his lioncut !!!

I have great service at all the Pet Valu's I go to. The two Pickering locations have wonderful helpful friendly staff and I always feel good with my visits. Money well spent. The groomers are amazing with my dog. This is how you should feel when leaving your pet for grooming.
