This Cosmetics Department is the best on the island. The ladies are amazing. They really listened to what I had to say and helped me to pick out exactly what I needed. Debbie helped me today but all of the ladies are great. Super Staff. I love shopping here.

A note to thank Pharmacists Jack and Lisa for their extraordinary care and attention. They are so thorough and helpful calling to alert me that prescriptions have been sent in by health care professions and taking extra time and attention to ensure I completely understand how to use the drugs. I feel so fortunate to have them on my health care team.

I use this store on a regular bases. The people in the Pharmacy are amazing. If it wasn't for Trevor the pharmacist, my husband would be taking the wrong tablets prescribed by the hospital. The rest of Shoppers staff are always ready to help you and are friendly. I also love their prices.

The most friendly pharmacist I’ve yet to meet. My prescription expired 10 days ago and knowing how hard it is to get to see my doctor….. The pharmacist filled my prescription for me and offered to fax my doctor. Very fast, friendly service within the whole store

I was so sorry in leaving Ladysmith as the staff were so great and helpful for me. I am deaf and they let me contact by email and the delivery guy made sure I got my meds when I couldn't hear them come to the door. Entire staff are super nice and friendly. Going to miss them so much
