We tried this spot for our Anniversary. We were lucky and ended up getting a spot st the bar without reservations. We had booked at another restaurant but due to the power outage they were closed. Anyways, happy mistake finding Patois. The food was AMAZING and the service and cocktails were pretty fantastic too!!! We ordered a lot of food, I just wanted to try it all. My fav was the crispy pork belly, jerk chicken, and dirty rice. I can’t wait come back again to try more off the menu. Lire plus

My friend ordered the Chicken Tikka, which was a big chicken breast, grilled with Tikka sauce on the side. Different, but good. I had the Ping Gai chicken which was excellent and came with Rice and Salad. Total with 2 beers came to $53. A great deal for pretty good food in an upscale pub atmosphere. Will definitely return. The service here is great. I'm obsessed with the Singaporean-style slaw to the point where I've drove across the city just to get it as take out. Very cool little up-scale "hole in the wall" to hit after a show for some good wines by the glass, and a little to munch (great cheese plates) etc. It has a slick, hip, modern vibe/atmosphere going for it.... not too bright, not to dark... I loved the atmosphere. Will go back to have the tuna tartare. I had some beef thing on lettuce - it was incredibly bland and for desert I had the eclair which was stale and the cream was hardened. We took our two daughters to the Keg this evening and the food was very good. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were all warm and everything was very flavourful. The kids menu, colouring items and special details (fruit/veg right away) made it a great family location. Our only issue was the service. We spent a lot of time waiting for the server to come check on us and the kids started getting whiny. Lire plus
