Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

I've been in the store a few time to buy screws and such. Awesome selection & friendly service every time. Recently been looking at snowblowers. The selection of Husqvarna they had on display were well put together. The staff was knowledgable - they are an authorized repair centre for them so they know the product. Bought one during their sale and had it delivered ready to go. Not only was delivered on time, I got a walk through the use and features - you don't get that from the big box stores!
