always had good service from Hamilton Cab. Drivers are usually friendly and helpful. Recently I left a very expensive tripod in one of the cabs. Though the driver had picked us up from a public area, he came back and took the time to find someone who would be able to get it back to us. The staff and dispatchers were also very helpful to us when were realized what had happened and tried to locate the tripod.

The driver arrived right on time, helped with our luggage, and the vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for families or travellers with extra bags. They even provided a child seat, which was a huge convenience for our little one.
