AMAZING TEAM !!!! Incredible experience twice !!!!!!! I have to take my dog in on Tuesday night since she was shaking and cant even walk and no appetite at all. Dr. Adel read all the results from my regular vet and diagnosed my dog immediately. And now my dog eats normal, wags her tail, gives kisses like nothing happened before.Your guys are incredible, trustworthy and thank you for doing such amazing compassionate and professional care in Niagara Region.

Ive worked at Chippawa Animal Hospital since Dr. Peggy Dowell opened her doors in 1991. The one thing I can say about working here is that staff dont leave. That speaks volumes to the atmosphere and family we have created over the years. We welcome new clients to join us. The vet and technicians know what they are doing. The vet is great I had my 2 -10 week olds chocolate labs in to see him he’s great with animals as if you don’t understand him he explains it in laymen’s terms so you do understand and he was great handling the puppies and hi technicians are so friendly and haven’t heard anyone complain at all about him. The end of the month they go back for there boosters and to be microchipped. Then next June it’s neutering time for both my males. Try him out.

We recently had our golden lab in. Diagnosed with a uterus infection that had very quickly gotten so bad it had 6lbs of infection in it. Dr G and his staff saved our dogs life. Our 6 year old girl saved by an amazing Dr and staff. Dr G's bedside manner is excellent. His customer service amazing. His caring is second to none. I can honestly say, this is the first veterinarian and clinic I would ever recommend. Ridgeway animal hospital is also very good.

This is a lovely place. Receptionist is warm and friendly. I saw Dr. Virdi for my sick cat who had urinary crystals. He gave me meds and lots of caring information. Cat is well today and I thank him so much. On a second visit I spoke with Dr. Verma when I was getting more food. Both vets show professional knowledge and caring attitude you want to see towards pets. I will now recommend this vet to my daughter.

I knew my dog had Knots which I could not get out . I wanted a groomer that cares about my dog and that the style remain more shaggy than shaved bald. I was happy with end result and my dog is happy to walk in. Lots of communication prior to groom and I was called when my dog was finnished . reasonably priced : I compared.
