I was very happy with the front staff and how nice they were to my puppy giving her treats for her first visit. My appointment however was at 1:40 and I didn't see the Vet till 2:30. I work so I need to know that if this is normal so I can schedule accordingly. Otherwise I like the staff and the Vet was good too.

I always seem to have to go here during emergency afterhours, but the people there are always so amazing. They treat both me and my pets very well and are super helpful. Always answering any questions i have and explaining things in an easy to understand way. Pricing, comparative to most other vets, but the service is always outstanding.

I have been going here for close to 20 years. The staff and services are excellent. I have a severe allergy to latex and they can and do accommodate me. I see how they handle my pets and they love the handling. I can't say enough nice things about this place. This is the only place my pets will go. My fiance was so impressed with the care given to my pets, he is transferring his pets there now. Bravo Machray!

After switching from another vet clinic couple of months ago, this clinic including their staff and doctors has restored my faith in vets. Not only they are kind and gentle with my pets, but they truly care about them. Dr. Vakily listens to us every time and really cares for our animals with compassion. She was very professional, kind and patient with my nervous sick dog last week.
I can truly put my trust in them to take care of my pets with love and care.

Dr. Preston and all the nurses here are so amazing not only for our pets but also our family. I am so thankful we chose this clinic to be our vet. Our dog has complications with a regular procedure and they were very thorough to make sure she was going to be okay as well as us. You can tell they really care about the animals they see which is so important.
