Love this pet store..great customer service .
My pup is a very picky eater so Brad was very helpful with ordering in the food my pup enjoys..no extra charge.
They also have a very knowledgeable staff who are true animal lovers and listen and guide you thru the concerns you have with a new puppy.
The store is well stocked and if not in store Brad always opens the catolouge to get you exactly what your looking for..

Consistently excellent customer service and good quality products. One employee carried my three bags of kitty litter to my car for me even though his shift had already ended. Very good COVID protocol.

This store is amazing, the staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Cheryl the groomer is also wonderful, your dog's health and safety is her number one priority as well as them being comfortable and I appreciate how much she cares for my dogs comfort and happiness. She also does a wonderful job at grooming and we love her!

I love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of snakes, lizards, amphibians and spiders. They always have the feeders I need....I have snakes, lizards, tarantulas and scorpions. I won't go anywhere else.

Great staff, they should all be given a raise. The store itself has some overpriced items. The Dog grooming department is wonderful, excellent work,!
