We just moved to the area and needed a vet as our do has developed a skin condition and is constantly chewing her leg. We found this Vet on yellow pages and decided to try them as they were one of 4 or 5 places to us which was very close. Very professional, good with our dog and they explained everything to us in detail and wanted us to be apart of the decisions that were made. Very fair, reasonable and honest!

I cannot praise Dr. Watts and his team at Highland Creek Animal Clinic enough. Their knowledge of animals and the concern they show is outstanding and I could not ask for better veterinarian care. From routine check-ups, vaccinations, surgery and other random medical issues, they have always provided the best for my pet. Based on past experiences, I thought that dogs dreaded going to the vet’s office. My dog loves visits to the clinic so much, she gets excited when I say we are going to see the doctor. Dr. Watts and his professional staff always exceed my expectations and I know that they have our best interests at heart. Their personal service really makes the difference and I’m sure, if dogs could talk, she would say the same thing!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. D'Souza and his staff. My brother and I have been taking our dogs to this clinic for 10 years. Dr. D'Souza sincerely cares about the well being of his animal patients and never pushes unecessary extra tests etc. that drive up costs as I have experienced at other vets, he clearly explains exactly what is needed and why. I am very happy with how this clinic handles my dog with behaviours. My dog is aggressive and needs to be muzzled. Visits are scheduled to accommodate him and the veterinarians and staff tend to him professionally; with care and kindness. He just had his teeth surgically cleaned. The cost was more than reasonable. Again, he was admitted to accommodate his aggression; a time I could be there when sedated. His teeth are super clean and white and he came home awake, not groggy. I found Dr. Bonder after my Ragdoll kitten, Diego, had been misdiagnosed by several other veternarians in Toronto. Diego had very bad diarrhea from the moment he entered my home. I brought in my sick cat, Daisy, who needed an emergency spay. They took great care of us. I like that they were up front about the costs and they were very reasonable. Daisy had surgery that day and the vet phoned to let me know she how things went. I got a text pic from a vet tech of Daisy resting comfortably as she stayed overnight to recoup. That was so thoughtful and reassuring to me. I highly recommend Bayview Seven Animal Hospital, super nice people.

Bay Cat Hospital is wonderful! Ive been taking my furbaby Figaro there since he was 1 year old and hes now 12 years old and I wouldnt think of taking him anywhere else!
The level of compassion and care he has received is extraordinary. From reception to seeing a Doctor, we are treated like family and the staff goes out of their way to make Figaro feel comfortable, even talking to him, petting him, and playing with him.

Definitely recommend! I went there to get my female rabbit fixed. They phoned me the day before the procedure to make sure I brought everything she needed. They ended up giving her an IV and didn't charge me for it (extra $55). The surgery price was very reasonable. They also called me the day after the procedure to make sure she was doing well, as well as the following day. It has now been two weeks since, and she is doing amazing. Her hormones have settled, and she has become less aggressive.

This veterinary clinic is by far the best one we've been to in Oakville. We used to go to another clinic on Upper Middle and switched when our original vet left because we found the replacement vet was trying to push products and procedures on us. This clinic is very honest and the prices are reasonable. The vets are absolutely amazing and you can tell how much they care about the animals they look after. They also don't force anything upon you and tell you when something is only suggested, instead of saying its mandatory. They help you find the most affordable ways to treat your animal and are very accommodating.
Dr. Haines is the vet we usually see and not enough good can be said of her. HIGHLY recommend this clinic!
