Excellent customer service and a comprehensive, well-maintained inventory of chemicals, water treatment/maintenance options & pool accessories (including a nice selection of pool toys & floating chairs). Prices are reasonable with a regular assortment of discounted items & specials. In fact, I can’t recall in 10 years ever being told that a product was out of stock or having left empty-handed. Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick to offer assistance & advice. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful clinic! It’s so nice to go somewhere that really knows exotic pets. The entire place feels like a big, happy family. I saw both doctors with each of my rabbits- one sick and one for a spay- and wow! The care we received was incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have an exotic pet!

Mai has been really helping with our family. Two daughters have lymes, rocky mountain fever and a host of symptoms and I have migraines. Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. Thank you for making a difficult decision very easy.

I deal with this pharmacy all the time. Being a 74yr old with multiple physical problems I am in constant need of my meds. I’ve found the Cove Pharmacy to be efficient and extremely well run. Excellent people to deal with. The other day in heavy fog a vehicle in front of me braked hard and came to full stop on Hwy, causing me to have to do the same. I had a crock pot full of soup which ended up ALL OVER the inside of my car. Vanessa and their crew were great to deal with and the job they did on my vehicle on such short notice was amazing! Thank you all. Highly recommend these folks!

Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff.
