I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland!
Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs.
The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!!

Duane Auto Haus is one of the best for great service and costs I normally do not write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience. I called on a Monday to have my transmission oil changed on my 2015 Jetta Diesel with DSG transmission. Duane did on Tuesday for half the price VW wanted, plus an personalized customer service turning off my Inspection Now no extra costs. I highly recommend Duane for any of your auto service.

My Ford 6.0L diesel truck was not starting well, and had a lack of power. After being told horror stories from friends about expensive diesel repairs, I was surprised how quickly the guys figured it out and found the problem was a failing injection computer module. They had a replacement in stock, and after installation it started much better right away and the power was back as it should be.
Thanks to Landis and the boys for your help - now I can go on my holidays!

had my vehicle in for repairs on my 2012 ferrai 360 and they replace my timing belt and adjusted my valves.the car never run so good even gained 5 mpg.car was returned in prime condition and im very picky on the condition is.
will be recommend to others as len and scott have many years of experience

I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. I am very thankful I found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My salesman was Fawzi Yehya, he was very helpful and nice. I went in knowing I wanted a 2 door Wrangler, but needed help with designing it for me. Fawzi went through everything with me to help me decide what I wanted with my new Jeep, he took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted. After that was the financing, that took time too! I've used Rob since he opened and he is the only mechanic I trust. While on a road trip to Ontario I had mechanical problems and phoned him for advice before going to the dealer.
Great customer service, professional, works fast, Great price. Never felt like I was up sold. Rob is honest and hard working. He also does his part for the community by hiring and training apprentices to pass on his knowledge. Highly recommend
