The BLS website does not tell you that they do not accept application where the applicant has any relative such as parent, grandparent or spouse of Pakistan origin. you are directed to send information to consulate general who by the way does not accept visa applications which are outsourced to BLS! Go figure this ridiculous mismanagement of visa applications

Usless place! The website does not give enough information for renewal of passport. The call center misguides you and once you reach this place they have completely new set of requirements. I had to rush back and forth in this terrible weather in Edmonton. You would think, that in BJP's new dispensation these places will get their act together. Very stressful experience after paying the money!!
