Jody Dahrouge has a familiar and demanding daily grind. As the owner of Dahrouge Geological Consulting, he needs to stay in frequent contact with his employees and clients from all over the world to ensure his business runs smoothly. “Mistakes are made when communication is not fluid,” Jody says. “We have ongoing projects in east Africa, a multi-rig program in Nebraska, projects in Nevada, Utah, Montana, Yukon, BC, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.” It is Jody’s job to manage all of these relationships.
