I would not recommend attending this clinic under any circumstances. I arrived on a weekend expecting a long wait, and was excited when I was told the wait would be about 40 minutes. I waited 3 hours with no explanation or warning. When I inquired I was told customers were being helped as they came in. Once being treated I sent in a complaint to the company and was told "I am very sorry for the wait time you waited, and according to our monitor recording you waited approximately 60 minutes." My care was very good once I got to the doctor but it is obvious that the administration does not care about customer service on any level.
