(5 years ago) SHOCKED they are still open!!!! After filling out the form she took my phone and look at the photos of reference dresses, which were on there website and i was then told that they didn't carry any of these dresses and proceeded to tell me that because of my budget I only had a choice of 3 dresses. I have gone to other shops and been able to try on all the dresses in the store

Angeline is awful and is a bully. They dont let you take pictures of their dresses which is beyond unfair. They also dont have price tags, for example, I had 2 friends get the same dress in the same month and there was a $300 difference in prices they were told! She lies to get you to buy their overpriced dresses. Seriously not worth it, it better to go to Calgary its literally cheaper with gas. Trash store and rude manager. Be cautious when visiting this store! Don’t fall for the owners high pressure sales tactics, its not true that all places demand a decision on the same day if you want the sitting fee to go towards the price of a dress, its not true that other stores won’t let you take a picture of yourself in a dress, its not true that the dress you love will be packed up and sent away that night, she berated and demeaned her employee in front of us, she is very aggressive and it was a horrible experience

Angeline and her team went above and beyond to make sure that I found the perfect gown for my upcoming pageant. With the COVID restrictions they made sure that I still had a one of a kind and incredible shopping experience from the comfort of my own home. Angeline sent me pictures of dresses and styles that fit my vision and we found the perfect dress that makes me feel like a queen! I was smiling ear to ear throughout the entire experience because they truly treat their customers like royalty

I have visited this store three times in the past ten years for different events (grad, wedding, mother of the bride) This store is terrible. The service is horrible.

Don't let them pressure you into buying

Terrible service. Saleswoman is pushy and seemed angry the entire appointment. She also yelled at her assistant for most of the appointment. I was charged over $800 for a grad dress that was falling apart by the end of the night. The saleswomen also told me that it was a "one of a kind" dress. Yet, I saw someone wearing the exact same dress to grad the next year. You can buy the dresses they sell online (the dresses are from China) They also charge $50 extra for the cheap bra cups.

For my grad dress, they argued with my mom about the budget before I finally got into a room. The owner took over, snapped about my robe falling on the floor. Any I said no to she would roll her eyes and storm off. After finding a dress I liked, The lady proceeded to tell me she is the only one with it.When my mom left, She then tried bashing behind her back. A few days later, at another store I found my dress $600 less, we called her"she was offended we would accuse her of jerking us around."

The service in Bells and Bows was unprofessional and juvenile. The employes spent most of the time arguing with themselves and left the customers un helped. The consults didn't take consideration from the customers and pulled dresses from the store felt that needed to go. The owner pressured the costumers to make a decision on the first appointment and continued to state that the dresses would gone within a week. By the end of the hour the owner belittled the customers who where in full intent to pay for the dresses themselves and made it very clear that the parent must be there and to be the one to pay. I will admit that the dresses where gorgeous and reasonably priced but the over all experience was horrible and depressing.

Amazing

We went into Bells and Bows Bridal Centre for our daughter to buy a grad gown. We did not have an appointment as we went in on my daughters day off from school. When we arrived we where greeted with amazing and friendly. She was asked her name, her school, and her budget. She tried on some beautiful gowns which she liked, and then the owner brought up a beautiful gown that our daughter feel in love with as soon as she put it on and that was the gown she picked. The staff will only put you in gowns that are within the price range you tell them you can afford. This store is not expensive as we are a low income family and we could still afford to buy her the gown she wanted. At Bells and Bows you are treated like family not just a customer which we loved. The day we went in there was the owner and another staff member and they where both very helpful and friendly. They helped with the size, colour she wanted, trying on the dress and was very much full service and more. We would recommend Bells and Bows to any grad or bride looking for a beautiful gown. Our daughter has recommended Bells and Bows to her friends at her current school and her old school for any grads or upcoming grads. As you can see below the gown is beautiful!!

Horrible store!!

I went into the shop with my mom to browse wedding gowns (yes, we had an appointment), and when we got there, it was busy so the one lady asked another woman to come out from the back... That woman was awful. She stood directly behind (and sometimes in the way of) my mom and I as we browsed gowns and was quite abrupt and unhelpful. Needless to say, we left before even trying on ONE gown. They then proceeded to harass us with phone calls and text messages!! Are you kidding me?! I will never shop there again and I'll be deterring anyone who is considering it.
