Westhaven Estates

The building has bedbugs and cockroaches. Dealing with management throughout the experience was terrible. Wasnt able to use the apartment completely due to weekly pest control sprays.

Westhaven Estates had a pest company spraying our unit weekly to treat a cockroach and bedbug infestation in nearby units. We had to keep all our closets, cupboards, dressers and drawers empty and all our belongings sealed for treatment protocol and to be sure our belongings did not get bugs. We lost access to our apt for 8 hours a week and needed to board our cats each time. Very stressful and management was not sympathetic to our need to leave. Cost us 2k to leave our lease. Horrible.
