Tidy Tails Dog Grooming

The only problem with boarding my dog at Tidy Tails was that he liked it too much! Every time I pass by the house, Rocky pulls and tugs at his leash trying to inch his way closer to Caslyn, lol! I think part of the appeal is both Caslyn's loving nature and the adventure hikes her sister takes the dogs on. It was nice to see pictures of Rocky having fun with other dogs, and it was nice to know he was in safe, capable hands. I would definitely use this boarding service again.

We had a tremendously positive experience when boarding our 2 dogs with Caslyn at Tidy Tails. The environment is clean and welcoming and has that home away from home feel. Caslyn must have the "loving touch" because our 2 dogs, who are both rescues, have never been so happy anywhere before. They both came home with A's on their Boarding Report Card! During their stay they had also enjoyed outings with The Woof Pack - a great experience for both. Thank you for making their stay so wonderful!

My dog has skin issues, so I was naturally nervous about bringing him to a groomer (the last few just made his skin worse). With Caslyn, however, everything went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did she use a special medicated shampoo to protect Ted's skin, but also she managed to get all of his loose undercoat out without further irritating the skin! You can tell she really cares about animals and has a lot of knowledge about her profession. I would highly recommend Tidy Tails!

Great salon that offers fantastic service! Tidy Tails has very affordable prices, great location with parking and also offers other services besides dog grooming that we're definitely going to check out soon. Mason loves Caslyn, who is so amazing at what she does and we can't wait for our next appointment :)

Caslyn was very nice and professional and we had an amazing experience leaving our dog (a rescue) @ Tidy Tails. The location is great (with parking) and her shop is so bright and clean - love the colours! My dog was treated to an amazing dog spa day and had fun playing with Caslyn's 4 dogs! Also seeing how happy her dogs are ( 2 chihuahuas and 2 Shepherd mixes) made me also feel more at ease leaving my dog there. We're so happy with their service and will 100% bring her back for more grooming.
