My mom came in to the Langley store last week as she purchased a mattress there a year ago and we suffered a horrible flood and lost our home and its currently being restored, insurance is replacing the mattress so she came in to get help with her old receipt and the price of what the closest replacement model would be. Some asshole just kept telling her she had to buy something? She clearly asked for a receipt for a purchase she already made and what the replacement model would be so INSURANCE
Save yourself the headache and DO NOT order from the Brick. We ordered an outdoor sectional. It arrived damaged. We waited for a 2nd delivery for a replacement, it too was damaged. We went to the store 3 more times and wen't through 5 chairs total until we finally got one in new condition. No call back from Management, no call back from head office, no response to my emails. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
This is the worst place to buy anything. they mess up just about every order they get and nothing gets delivered on time and if it does it the wrong item and they will damage your property in the process. It's been 2 months since i paid for furniture that i never received and still haven't refunded my money. they expect the customers to wait and travel to the store multiple times for mistakes their stupid staff have made.
