Paid 45% more for a prescription and 50% more for an injection than anywhere else in the province of BC. Cheaper to drive to Parksville and pay the gas prices. Guess the saying is buyer beware. Sad part is, they could have cared less when I phoned to say I would not be back and why. Huge loss for them as we have 4 animals with problems and have spent thousands of dollars in the last 6 months on them.

I'm so glad for this group of people who really care. They were there for us in a time of need when it was time to say goodbye to my beautiful boy. It was all done with extreme professionalism and caring that I felt at ease with my decision. Thank you to the Drs. and their assistants for helping us through this difficult decision, it's never an easy one. I'm forever in your gratitude.
