They are amazing

I have been going to Opus for as long as they have been in business and it did not matter who I saw or what I had done, all the girls that work there are very professional and courteous. I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

Poor Quality and Customer Service

They are good at getting you in quickly; unfortunatley the service stops there. The past two times I had my hair cut with them (male) I was in and out within 6-7 minutes. Needless to say the quality was poor and I will not be returning. My wife had them color her hair and it turned pink over night. They wouldn't fit her in for over 5 days so she had to go elsewhere (teachers can't go to work with pink hair). We asked for a refund and they wouldn't do it because they have a no refund policy. This day in age that is not acceptable.
