They provided me a rental car through U-Drive rental(a company from the same owner) that presented problems. I reported them the problems but nobody did anything about it. Then I've hit the car as a result of the vehicle's failure. They don't want to recognize their mistake and they are charging me the deductible to fix the car.
Customer service agent Cory Shaw is not good.
He lacks information and is too abrupt. I did not have a good experience dealing with this guy. He has no clue what the autobody shop does so good luck getting credible information on your vehicle.
If you happen run into this guy, go somewhere else!
