They were very helpful, I lost all my paper,work and they made it easy to get money back, however the prices are sure higher for doing them Very, very lovely knowledgeable ladies there, BUT sure cost more then ever before. Will go back, as am semi-invalid and so easy to get to. I have a suggestion, have people who can do taxes on home computers or .ipads, makreally all you have to do is use the customers computer or iPad Etc and do them, it would be so wonderful and for semi-disables .
