Worst service ever, brought my vehicle to get warranty work, 4th visit for the same issue they still are missing parts. The worst part is the shuttle driver claims he’s to busy ro come pick me up and when trying to call service for the last hours they don’t pick up. Worst customer service ever. Would definitely not recommend this dealership!

Brought my SUV in for service. Was asked if I needed a shuttle. I saw the shuttle in the yard, but during the 10 minute check in, he must have left. Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle then asked how much longer. She told me she didn't know, he was in Grand Barachois...but she could offer me a taxi chit. What was this not offered straight away, as she knew the driver was gone for an hour or more on these roads. Absolutely horrible customer service.
