Blackstone Wood Design

I received my items about 2 weeks ago, a bed set (beautiful) and custom table. I might add it did take about 4 weeks past due date but I was ok with waiting as I didn't want my items rushed. Turned out beautiful and I get compliments every time someone's over. I actually spoke to his supplier (I'm a picky person) and he was awesome to deal with as well. Choosing my wood being freshly cut from someone local set my mind at ease.

This company should be treated as a scam. Deposit provided in October with promise or delivery 4 weeks later. Coffee table was delivered in February and made from rotten barn wood that was infested with ants. Replacement was promised with numerous false delivery dates (never showed up). After months of daily emails to owner, refund was promised. Recently, owner claimed that his lawyer told him that he was not obligated to refund. Table will be going in the fire pit this weekend.

I made a full payment in March and was promised a delivery date on 3 separate dates and never showed. I am currently unemployed, have young children and was really excited about my items as we desperately need a table. Now I don't know if I'll ever see my items or my money. Also, customers are complaining that he is using cheap materials as he is clearly behind on his orders. This guy is bad news. Do not do order from Blackstone Wood Designs. Unprofessional and dishonest to say the least.

Stay Away

This business posed as a private seller on Kijiji. Secured a deposit and have twice promised delivery and have not showed. Unethical does not begin to describe their business practices. STAY AWAY!

Horrible customer service. They don't respond to emails, phone calls or messages. Paid for products in February and still haven't received my itrms Buyer beware!!
