We engaged them to replace our exterior doors. They seemed professional up until we paid a deposit to purchase the doors, after that we had to push hard to get project updates but received nothing but excuses. After final getting a start date for the work to begin, they postponed and gave more excuses. This happened a couple more time. Finally, they didn't even show up for the last appointment, nor provide any excuse why they didn't show. At this point, we believe they might be fraudsters.
