Owner was loud and rude. Waited in line for 20 min. Didnt aknowledge i was in the store. Then proceeded to tell me he was tired of dumb customers.

Customer service was poor and the service provider was impatient and rude. I wanted to support small business but I think I’ll just take my business to somewhere more reliable

My wife misplaced the keys to both cars. I lent her my spare and called Ron. He had very sage advice and great phone manner. Upon visiting his shop, he was timely, gave me a reasonable quote, and advised of upgrades to my present key set. Although the keys were found that night, and a second set was not needed, I felt I would certainly go back to his shop in the future for what was professional and experienced advice, caring, and service! Doesn't rate any stars. The rudest people that made me drive from brantford so they could laugh at me and tell me that they couldn't program my remote they knew that before I arrived,I had called in advance Very rude do not deal with these people

Ron was a super nice guy. The negative comments confuse me as to the person who helped me out the other day. His prices are no different than any other locksmith. Life isn't free. I was happy to buy from a local small business. Thanks again Ron for helping me sort out my issues with the van key. I would recommend Ron to a friend for sure. 45 years in business says something. I'm sure Ron gets his share of rude customers and Ron doesn't get to write a review on them.
