Treated Like Dirt

Was treated like a criminal. They were told when they could expect vehicle back and was returned on that date. But still made harassing phone calls to me and my contacts saying they would report the vehicle stolen and left their business cards on the windshield and door of the vehicle to intimidate. I even gave them a courtesy update call because I had been admitted to hospital and all they wanted was more money. No walk around. Needed oil change light on. All requests ignored. Horrible.
