Guru Lukshmi- Authentic South Indian Cuisine Derry Village Square

Very bad service, booked a table for 7 people and they took the chair, so our 7th person had no place to sit. The person ended up leaving due to bad service and very rude employee. One of the employee asked us to leave cause they needed the table when we were not done eating. This is my second time here and i will not be going back as to the customer service we received. The company needs to train the employees how to treat and talk to a customer.

Exceptional taste. Considering how busy it is all the time the service is outstanding.

Even making a reservation was a hassle. The person answering the phone kept repeating like a parrot that "We are very busy" which they are always. The phone kept on ringing for about 25 times before someone picked up and then I was put on hold for almost 3 minutes and I hung up in disgust. The restaurant better improve customer service, otherwise they will be history pretty soon.
