Movers Mississauga - Expert Moving Company

They did an excellent job on our most recent move to Ottawa. And so, I just wished to write some words about how good this movers are. I was booked immediately after requesting that. I got a fairly god estimate and then the crew came the day we established before and about half an hour earlier. They prepared everything for their work (they didn't charge me for those 30 min, though). Their truck was in excellent condition and exactly the size we needed. The guys were well mannered, pleasant, cleanly, punctual, and taken care of my items and both of mine properties. They offered me best service and been very helpful during my move. I got a discount and couldn't be more happier. Thank you very much and keep it up!

Very unreliable. Agreed to the date and price 2 months in advance. They showed up, started listing random extra charges, spent an hour on the phone in my driveway, and then drove away without a word.

Terrible. The movers showed up on time, took a look at the job, realized that it was mostly furniture and sofas that we wanted moving, and said they wouldn't do it for the agreed price. Then after they 'called' the front office, they said we had to pay up front. I thought this was suspicious so I said no. They turned around and left. This is the worst moving company I have ever seen - sketchy movers, non-branded sketchy trucks and useless customer service. You should NOT use this company.

Absolutely Horrible Experience

The contract (which the driver would not actually let me hold!!) stated that the foreman had the right to add on charges as they saw fit. We were not willing to sign this contract, as we wanted to know specifics. I repeatedly asked for prices for the "extras", saying that we would be fine with signing the contract once said extras were specified on paper with their corresponding dollar rate. After an hour they just drove off. I wouldn't wish Brian Smith and Expert Moving on my worst enemy.
