My husband and I have eaten here many times, has been our favorite restaurant for more than 4 years, so much so that that we had our wedding reception there, upstairs in the loft this past summer. The food and service has always been a 10/10 until our wedding....they went WAY above and beyond what we could have even imagined. It was the best meal I have ever had, hands down. It was beautiful, the entire building has so much character and class. The service by the owner, all all of his staff was so good, that every single one of our 100 guests must have commented on it somehow- and people are still talking about it. They have a wonderful event co-ordinator that helped me plan much of it, Ryan a manager who made sure our day was perfect, and Jimmy the owner who did everything he could to make everyone feel like there were important. I would have paid 3 times what we paid for the amazing job they all did. The absolute best place I have ever eaten! Thanks

I cannot say enough good things about the...

I cannot say enough good things about the location, ambience, hospitality and staff of this very unique dining experience. I've visited too many times to remember and is the highlight of my business trips to the North Bay area. It always amazes my friends from Ottawa and elsewhere that a restaurant of this quality exists in such a small northern community. Service is always amazing, friendly staff, incredible decor, and the owner is always nearby often greeting his customers at the door with a warm and sincere handshake and salutation from a bygone era. Prime rib and steak are the specialties; I always have the prime rib and the ambience of the restaurant makes it all the better. The popularity of the restaurant has no doubt caused the prices to ratchet upwards the last few years, but is worth every cent. If you are in North Bay, it is a must visit. Brian Cowper

This is a very nice restaurant; very clean and...

This is a very nice restaurant; very clean and nicely laid out. The staff are dressed appropriately, are well-mannered, polite and pleasant. The service is very good. The tables have white linen cloths, and there are white linen napkins, etc. The bathrooms are spotless; there are no kitchen smells etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the lovely music playing in the background. This was a special treat for us.

We traveled from Orillia,Ont after hearing about...

We traveled from Orillia,Ont after hearing about this small northern gem in the rough...and might i say...it was worth every kilometer traveled! The food was exceptional and the selection of wines and single malts was far beyond any Toronto restaurant that we have visited. The prices are no higher than any fine dining establishment down south, so not a single person in our party complained about the pricing. A wonderful atmosphere for dining and a visit we all look forward to making for years to come. Hat's off to Chef Steven Bugutsky! Feel free to move south at anytime.
