I had a very unpleasant experience with BAHAR Salon recently. I got a very disappointing hair cut by Bahar herself. She basically chopped my hair apart. The haircut was worse than a new hairstylist student! WHY? Because she was too busy to spend time and take care of her customer. I went back and asked her to fix my hair. Her husband and she started to yell at me and claimed I lied to her. She even told me “If you are back to get your money back, good luck with that”!!! I found this so disrespectful to any customer. I was her customer for 3 years and this was the only time I came back to fix my bad haircut and she treated me so rude and disrespectful with loud tone and tried to show that I was lying to them! This is really ridiculous that unfortunately you see in her salon. She claims to be the best but her customer service is below zero. I have the picture of the ugly, unprofessional haircut and I showed it to her but she said you made it up!!!!!
She eventually fixed my hair but rudely she told me to find another salon! I have referred so many friends and family to her salon but I did not see her dark side: NO personality and NO manners, not only her, her husband too!
This is the first time I saw a business owner yelled at her customer with no respect. Successful business is not about making good money, it is about how to make a good, positive and effective relationship with your loyal customers which BAHAR salon does not have. They have ZERO tolerance to criticisms. I am so happy that I got to know her and her behavior and I would recommend others to know whom they are dealing with!
